Microsoft Confirms Plans to Release Free Anti-Virus Service

Have you backed up your email and contacts lately?

Microsoft has created a backup tool for Outlook 2000-2003-2007, and you can schedule backups of your email files.  I don’t know about you, but if I lost my email, contacts and calendar listings, it would take weeks to recreate, and some would be lost for good.  The link below takes you to Microsoft Office Online where you can download and install this valuable tool.  It is then in the file menu of Outlook as “Backup”.
